It features one bedroom, a bathroom, a private kitchen, a TV, and a small outdoor area (uncovered terrace). The living room and kitchen are heated, ensuring a cozy atmosphere as the days grow shorter. Are you traveling for work, on assignment, or attending training? The train station and city center are a 15-minute walk away. The private kitchen lets you prepare meals at your own pace, and the terrace is a peaceful spot between appointments. Free parking is available on nearby streets, making arrival by car easy. The neighborhood is lively year-round: the Arago Market and food shops are open daily, just a 10-minute walk away. Local halls, boutiques, and shops remain vibrant in autumn and winter. During the All Saints' and Christmas holidays, the city of Les Sables-d'Olonne offers activities for the whole family. The port, beach, and seafront promenade are easily explored on foot or by bike, thanks to the mild Vendée climate. Bed linen and towels are not included but can be provided on request, available for an extra fee. One pet is allowed. Parties are not permitted.
